8.8.2 A device shall be subjected to the impact test as follows:

a) A device shall be dropped 0.91 m (3 ft) strikinga hardwood surface in the position most likely to produce adverse results. The hardwood surface shall consist of a layer of nominal 25 mm (1 in) thick tongue-and-groove oak flooring mounted on two layers of nominal 19 mm (3/4 in) thick plywood. The assembly shall rest on a concrete floor or an equivalent non-resilient floor during the test.

b) A device shall be dropped three times so that, in each drop, the sample strikes the surface in a position different from those in the other twodrops.

8.8.2一个设备应该能承受如下的冲击测验：
